As a trained TVM TM practitioner, I support you in holistically resolving deep-seated physical and mental issues and generating a new awareness of life and body.

Sometimes it's not much that we need. Sometimes it's just a clarifying conversation over a coffee that makes our world look new again and sorts us out. That's what awaits you at our espresso with love.

The yoga mat is my home, it's where I start my day, it's the place where I center myself, where I like to move my body and find balance in my every life. 

I am passionate about practicing Vinyasa (Slow) Flow and always incorporate a theme into my yoga classes. I look forward to sharing this passion with you.
